1.General Policy

At Wonder Capital Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing transparent, professional, and reliable website development and IT services.

Because website design, software development, and SaaS solutions are customised services involving planning, professional labour, and technical resources, refund eligibility depends on the work performed, expenses incurred, and the reasons for cancellation.

This Policy applies to our website design, web development, e-commerce, SaaS development, system integration, and related project-based services.

2.Cancellation Before Project Commencement

A Client may request cancellation before development work has commenced.

Where no work has been performed and no non-cancellable third-party costs have been incurred, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Where the Company has already undertaken agreed planning, consultation, research, or preparation, reasonable and documented charges for those services may be deducted, provided they were disclosed and agreed.

3.Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

If the Client cancels a project after development has commenced:

  • Charges for completed work remain payable.
  • Partially completed work may be charged according to the actual work reasonably performed.
  • Approved, non-recoverable third-party expenses may be deducted.
  • Any amount paid exceeding the properly chargeable work and expenses shall be refunded.

The Company shall provide a reasonable breakdown of the completed work and deductions.

4.Cancellation After Project Completion

Once the agreed website or software deliverables have been completed and accepted, payments for those completed services are generally non-refundable, subject to contractual warranties and applicable legal rights.

A Client's change of business plans, branding preferences, or decision not to use a completed website does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

Verified defects or failures to meet agreed specifications shall be handled under the defect correction and contractual remedy provisions.

5.Cancellation Due to Company Non-Performance

If the Company materially fails to deliver the agreed services, the Client may issue written notice describing the failure and allow fourteen (14) calendar days for remedy, where reasonably capable of remedy.

If the Company fails to remedy the material breach within that period, the Client may terminate the affected services and request:

  1. A refund for paid services that were not delivered.
  2. A fair adjustment for incomplete or materially non-conforming deliverables.
  3. Any additional remedy required by applicable law.

The Company shall not charge the Client for work that was not performed or for expenses that were not properly incurred.

6.Deposits and Milestone Payments

Initial deposits secure project commencement and may cover initial planning, design, technical preparation, and allocation of development resources.

A deposit shall not automatically be treated as entirely non-refundable.

Upon cancellation, the refundable balance will be calculated after deducting the value of work reasonably completed and approved, non-recoverable expenses.

Milestone payments shall correspond to the relevant work or deliverables described in the accepted quotation or SOW.

7.Non-Refundable Third-Party Expenses

The following expenses may be non-refundable once purchased or committed with the Client's approval:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Hosting services already provisioned
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Paid templates, themes, and premium plugins
  • External API charges
  • Non-cancellable third-party licences
  • Other approved non-recoverable external expenses

If any unused portion is recoverable from the third-party supplier, the Company shall credit or refund the recovered amount to the Client, where applicable.

8.Change of Requirements

Refunds will not normally be provided for completed and conforming work merely because the Client subsequently changes its business model, design preferences, or technical requirements.

Such requests shall be treated as change requests and quoted separately where necessary.

9.Project Delays

Where delivery is delayed due to the Client's failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, access, or instructions, the parties shall agree on a reasonable revised timeline.

Where a substantial delay is caused by the Company, the Client may request a revised completion schedule or exercise any applicable contractual or legal remedy.

Delay alone does not automatically make all completed services refundable, but does not remove the Client's rights in respect of breach of contract.

10.Defects and Technical Issues

Clients should notify the Company of any functional defects during the agreed review or warranty period.

The Company shall investigate and rectify confirmed defects attributable to its development work within a reasonable period at no additional charge.

If material defects cannot be remedied within a reasonable period, the parties shall consider an appropriate reduction in fees, partial refund, or other remedy in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

New feature requests and out-of-scope modifications are not classified as defects.

11.Hosting and Recurring Subscriptions

Hosting, maintenance, and recurring service fees are subject to the terms of the applicable subscription or service agreement.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Cancellation prevents future renewal charges once effective.
  • Fees for service periods already supplied are generally non-refundable.
  • Prepaid fees for future, unprovided services shall be addressed according to the subscription agreement and applicable law.
  • Non-recoverable third-party subscriptions may remain payable if agreed.

Clients should submit cancellation requests before their next renewal date.

12.Refund Request Procedure

Clients seeking a refund must send a written request to:

Wonder Capital Pte Ltd
60 Paya Labar Road 06-28 Singapore: 409051
Email: contactus@wondercapital.group

The request should include:

  • Client or company name
  • Project name or invoice number
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
  • Supporting information, where relevant

The Company shall acknowledge refund requests within five (5) business days and aim to communicate its assessment within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the necessary information.

13.Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall ordinarily be initiated within fourteen (14) business days following approval.

Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, unless another lawful method is mutually agreed.

Actual receipt may depend on the processing time of the receiving bank or payment service provider.

Any deductions or transaction costs shall be explained to the Client and applied only where contractually agreed and legally permitted.

14.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact the Company promptly to resolve billing or service disputes.

Nothing in this Policy restricts the Client's lawful rights to dispute unauthorised or incorrectly processed payments with their bank or payment service provider.

15.Statutory Rights

This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or override any rights, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement shall prevail.
